Tau Sigma will be attending the New England Transfer Association (NETA) Annual Conference in Newport, RI on April 24-26. It will be held at the Hotel Viking and we will be an exhibitor there. If you are coming to the meeting, look for us! We would enjoy seeing you!
Our next Leadership Conference is scheduled for November 1-3, 2019 at the newly redesigned and renovated Hilton Washington, D.C. National Mall! It will be a fantastic location within walking distance of the National Mall, Smithsonian, and many other wonderful D.C. landmarks! Hope to see many of you there!
We’ve hit a milestone! During this our 20th Anniversary year of Tau Sigma, we now have our 100,000th member! Thanks to all of the advisors and members who have worked so hard to improve the lives of transfers at almost 200 colleges and universities nationwide!
In 2018, we awarded $100,000 in scholarships to 57 different members! Congratulations to those who received a scholarship! We will be gathering applications for the next round of scholarships this fall.

Tau Sigma plans to attend the 17th Annual National Institute for the Study of Transfer Students meeting in Atlanta on February 13-15, 2019. If you are coming to the meeting, look for us in the Exhibitor’s Hall! We would enjoy seeing you there!
This past summer, we traveled to California to promote Tau Sigma to several universities with large transfer populations. We look forward to adding several new chapters in the Golden State this year and helping these universities better serve their transfer students.

Our most recent Leadership Conference was held at the Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile in Chicago, Illinois on
October 27-29! There were 86 in attendance, representing 36 different schools! Between networking, attending sessions, listening to speakers, and sightseeing the attendees came away with many new friends and some great ideas for their chapters!
Tau Sigma will be attending the the16th Annual Conference of the National Institute for the Study of Transfer Students in Atlanta, Georgia, February 7-9, 2018.
