Membership Dues

Currently, the National dues are $30 and we recommend $10 for the local chapter dues (the local chapter is allowed to charge more).  If National conducts the membership mailing, then the National dues become $35 (with $5 going towards the costs of the mailing).  If the chapter conducts the mailing, then the National dues remain at $30 and we recommend the local dues be $15 (with $5 going towards the costs of the mailing).  Either way, the dues for the students should be $45 (or perhaps more if the local chapter decides on local dues that are greater than $10) and they are paid ONLY ONCE.  The membership is a lifetime membership and the student can not lose their membership, even if their GPA falls below what was initially required.
